How does it work?
Well, we want to keep things as simple as possible!

  1. Where do you live?

    Currently our delivery area is focused on the Morgantown, Elverson, Honey Brook and Wyomissing area. If we don't serve your area yet, don't worry. You can still fill out our delivery application and ask to be contacted when we are serving your area.

  2. Sign up today.

    After you fill out the delivery application, we will receive an email confirmation. 

  3. Discuss payment options.

    If you would like to make automatic monthly payments  by credit/debit card, you will need to fill out and mail the credit/debit card application. 

    OR you may do a bank payment from your account to ours. (When you receive your monthly invoice, you simply click on the  payment link.

    And of course you may  also pay by cash or check.

     

    Credit card customers are charged between the 1st and the 5th of the month. 

    Bank pay, check and cash customers must pay by the 15th. 

  4. Create your standing order.

    A Doorstep Dairy representative will create a login for you on DoorstepDairy.com and explain how to create your standing order. Later you may checkout weekly orders to add to your standing order. There is no minimum order; however, there is a $2 - $4 delivery fee depending where you live. 

    Standing Order vs. Weekly Order

      Standing Order Weekly Order
    Purpose: A convenient "set-it-and-forget-it" recurring order A "1-time" addition to your delivery
    Required: Yes, you must have at least 1 item in the Standing Order. No
    How it works: Add to Standing Order. Set the frequency. Save. Done. Add to Weekly Order. Complete the checkout process. Done.
    Examples: You want 3 gallons of whole milk every week, a pound of butter every other week, and a pound of coffee once a month. You will receive the items you want, when you want, without having to re-enter your order over and over. This weekend you are having guests for the night. You will need a pie for after dinner and some donuts for breakfast. These weekly order items are delivered in addition to your standing order items.

    On your delivery day you will need to have an ice chest on your porch or other designated area. You can use your own ice chest, or you can purchase an insulated metal milk box from us. Your order will be left in the box along with an ice pack in the warm months of the year.
