Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative
48 Eagle Drive, Leola - - www.lancasterfarmfresh.com
Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative (LFFC) is a non profit organic farmers cooperative of 75 farmers in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. We focus on creating healthy high quality foods from our highly maintained and enriched soils on our small scale family farms.
LFFC provides fresh, certified organic fruits, vegetables, and other farm fresh products through a subscription program also known as Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. CSA members commit to support LFFC farmers for the entire growing season by paying for their share of the harvest in the winter and early spring. The farmers are able to purchase supplies in the winter and start their crops in early spring, they repay the shareholders in fresh, organic, seasonal produce. CSA enables you to keep local sustainable farms and local food safe for future generations. It’s a great legacy.

The Polish Farmers
1645 Wyomissing Road, Mohnton - 610-775-7206 - thepolishfarmers.com
The Sunday before Christmas has almost always been "pierogi day" in our household. It is a tradition that goes back generations. In recent times, however, we thought about breaking tradition, from the standard potato, sauerkraut, etc. flavors. After experimenting with a few unique flavors one Sunday afternoon, and testing these new creations on family and friends, a new venture was born! From the apple and blueberry pierogies to the unbelievable "Hoagie Pierogie," we were pretty sure we had something special. Before long, the Philly Cheese Steak and the Buffalo Chicken pierogies were a big hit, too! We have surpassed the 35 flavor mark with chocolate and peanut butter & jelly, but our customers still ask, "What's new?" You never know!

Yoder's Country Market
14 South Tower Road, New Holland - (717) 354-4748 - yoderscountrymarket.com
At Yoder's Country Market, we offer our Golden Guernsey milk in glass or plastic bottles. Golden Guernsey Milk is fresh from our farm and processed right here at our market. We also have over 10 different flavors of ice cream that are produced on the premises. Our family's farm is located in Lancaster County along the foothills of the Welsh Mountains. The herd of registered Guernsey cows has been in our family for three generations.
Quality starts at the farm where our cows are given excellent care. They are fed a balanced diet of grain and hay, which enables them to produce high quality milk. The milk is brought to Yoder's Country Market, fresh from the farm. Aside from offering fat free skim milk, 1 ½% reduced fat milk, and whole milk, we also create premium ice cream by slow-churning our Golden Guernsey milk with the ingredients of an old-fashioned recipe.
